Had a meal at Le Shrimp at Jewel Changi Airport and it was really satisfying. I ordered the wantoon noodle and the prawn pork rib noodle from the value set, which came with two sides and two drinks, making it great value for a full meal. The wantoon noodle was comforting and well balanced, with springy noodles and generous wantoons. The prawn pork rib noodle was hearty and flavourful, with a rich broth and tender pork ribs that paired really well with the prawns. The standout for me was the pickled cucumber side. It was refreshing, crunchy, and perfectly tangy, a great contrast to the richer noodle dishes and honestly so good I would order it again on its own. Overall, a solid and value for money option at Jewel, especially if you want a comforting noodle meal with good sides and drinks included. Would happily come back again.

We ordered 2 sets of the tea time deal, which includes a main, and appetiser, and a canned drink. We selected a pork broth ramen and a signature prawn broth ramen. Good: - service was good and fast - the tea time deal is really worth it - the prawn broth was really thick and flavourful - the ramen was cooked to just the right softness for us Can be better: - the pork broth was really just average

generally excels in its food offerings, particularly the rich, flavourful shrimp broth and springy la mian noodles. However, the dining experience is frequently marred by inconsistent or poor service, including issues with staff communication and attentiveness. In essence, the food is a highlight, but the service often detracts from the overall value.

Review of Le Shrimp Ramen @ Changi Airport T3 The star of Le Shrimp Ramen is undoubtedly their prawn broth—rich, flavorful, and consistently satisfying. It truly stands out as one of the best shrimp-based broths around, with a depth that keeps you coming back for more. Their signature Trio Prawn Ramen is a must-try. Served with two fresh, juicy prawns, handmade prawn balls, and shrimp wantons, every spoonful is brimming with prawn goodness. The ramen itself is cooked to perfection—smooth with just the right bite, soaking up all the umami from the broth. To complement the ramen, they also offer a good variety of side dishes such as braised beancurd, bamboo shoots, and tofu with sesame sauce—all of which make the meal more enjoyable and well-rounded. Overall, Le Shrimp Ramen delivers a comforting, hearty bowl of noodles that really hits the spot. A solid choice at Changi T3 if you’re craving something flavorful and satisfying before a flight.

Noodle and service are all good. It'll be more value for money if you come during 3 to 5 pm daily for their promotional set menu at $9.90 which includes a side and a drink. Airport staff can get 20% discount for their ala carte noodle which sort of offset the service charge and GST.

Having frequented the Le Shrimp Ramen outlet at Changi Airport Terminal 3 countless times, it's safe to say this establishment has earned its place as a consistent and delicious go-to. On my most recent visit, I once again indulged in the Tonkotsu Fish Fillet with Pickled Vegetable and Rice Noodles. The broth is incredibly rich and packed with so much flavor that each spoonful is a true delight. The staff members are attentive and efficient too, which significantly enhances the dining experience, making every visit a pleasant one.
